Our client is a product design studio who creates modern and timeless homeware through innovative production using recycled plastic.
With good growth over the past year, they are now looking for a brand focused content marketer to join their team.
This role will take full ownership of end-to-end content campaign management, including working with content creators and influencers, managing all content channels, including social media (TikTok/Pinterest/LinkedIn), email marketing, website and marketing events. If you have experience with paid ads and SEO this is a bonus. AI experience, while still remaining human is preferred.
You will have a good eye and be able to brief really good, high quality content that is polished, aesthetically pleasing and on brand. Ideally you will have prior experience in interiors or fashion.
Working alongside the founders, you will work well autonomously, able to come to the table with ideas and be happy to muck in with this small team.
Ideally you would be based in Tauranga, as they have a shooting studio on site, however they are open to remote candidates, including in Australia as this is a growing market for them. Open to reduced hours.

Roles and responsibilities:
Design and Execution
Develop and execute brand-aligned visuals for digital (social, eComm), video (showroom assets), and retail (shelf, POS).
Lead asset production from concept to delivery—including planning and art directing photoshoots, animation, and motion content.
Translate brand and product narratives into engaging, cohesive visual campaigns across formats.
Create motion assets in After Effects and Premiere Pro—such as animated content, reels, and short-form brand videos.
Collaborate with the in-house 3D/motion team to bring creative ideas to life.
Build brand guidelines, mood boards, and design templates that reflect each brand’s tone and strategy.
Work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact creative that supports global campaigns.
Brand Development and Quality
Refresh and evolve visual identities to stay trend-forward and category-relevant.
Apply insights from relevant product trends, packaging, and kids’ content culture into visual outputs.
Ensure creative output meets brand, quality, and colour standards across all formats.
Oversee production workflows and manage the delivery of packaging and promotional materials.
Brief and guide external partners, including illustrators, animators, and photographers.
Champion visual standards and brand integrity across teams.
Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align creative with business goals.
Participate in brainstorms to shape new brands, products, and campaign directions.
What you will bring:
5–8 years of experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related fields
Proficient in Adobe CC with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
Strong visual skills—layout, typography, colour, animation, and attention to detail
Creative problem-solver with a fast, flexible workflows
Skilled at managing multiple projects to tight timelines
Collaborative and self-directed with strong communication skills
Proficient in project tools like Hive, Airtable, or similar

Is comfortable capturing on-the-ground content at high-energy events, working with videographers and the social team.
Is an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced proficiency in After Effects for high-end motion design and editing.
Has a broad body of work across a range of social platforms, demonstrating a native understanding of platform best practices (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
