Based in Christchurch CBD, they are looking for a freelance Marketing Manager to support the team while they are employing a permanent placement. Reporting to the GM, this role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the team helps achieve business goals, strengthens client relationships, and drives business growth. This role spans strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels and requires an understanding of both B2B and B2C purchasing behaviour. The right person for this role will bring creativity, flair and innovation, alongside a strategic and disciplined approach to help the business achieve its vision, managing the marketing strategy, telling the story to build brand recognition, confidence and adoption, and development of the marketing team. This is a small team, and you will be as comfortable on the tools as you are setting strategy, with a focus on end to end content campaigns. You will play a key part in supporting content production and campaign delivery - writing, coordinating, and helping bring to life the ideas that build their brand, drive demand, and educate prospects and customers. You will create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences and channels, coordinate marketing activities across campaigns and events, and help them stay consistent, efficient, and on-brand as they grow.
