Job 2944 – Senior Business Analyst – Contract

Our client, one of New Zealand’s most enduring brands, who are leading the way in providing exceptional services for their customers, are on the search for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, located in their central Auckland head office.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for leading and developing the BA team to help identify, implement and execute key strategic projects and will play an integral part in delivering successful organisational wide changes to the business.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing  the Business Analysts Team to ensure constant upskilling and knowledge sharing, delivering projects, ICT, business readiness, analysis and continuous improvement programme expertise, supporting the business in production of cost benefit analysis and/or production of business case and project lifecycle submissions, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and business needs to achieve planned service outcomes, supporting the PMO team to effectively deliver organisational change associated with projects, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and ready for change and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers.

You will have proven people and project leadership experience; previous direct report leadership experience is essential. You will have a passion for fostering and sustaining a positive and collaborative learning environment, have a solid understanding of Agile and Lean principals and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to take people on a journey.
