Our client is a trusted New Zealand banking institution. They have an energising world class culture where they express their authenticity and bravely challenge the status quo. They are currently seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join their Digital Media Team on a 3-month fixed term contract, based in Auckland CBD. Start now or in the New Year.

The Digital Media team are responsible for the design, delivery and management of world class customer digital experiences. This role is responsible for the delivery of the channel strategy, and the day to day management of services within the channel.

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for content direction and management, improving customer experiences, executing brand strategy, working with designers to develop innovative digital experiences, project manage the delivery of digital experiences, cultivate relationships with key business segments, engage with internal stakeholders and experiment with new technology and content using lean approach.

You will have 5+ years’ of experience in a similar role, be a highly driven problem solver with a passion for customer service and delivering innovative results, along with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
