Our client is a digital agency with chops.  They have a great reputation, affiliated with an international agency with top level clients. They develop concepts for digital campaigns, complex websites, business-to-business systems, apps and more.  The team size between Auckland and Wellington is 45 and growing.

They are on the look-out for an outstanding Account Director with extensive digital knowledge to lead the Clients service team in their Auckland office. A proven strategic thinker who joins the dots and spots opportunities for the agency and clients alike.  They are growing their Auckland offering and you will be part of the Auckland start up growth, joining a team of 6.

This role will lead the team on key client partnerships.  You will understand how the clients’ business ticks and be a master at identifying digital opportunities. A natural leader, you will be able to mentor and grow the team.

Being the link, this role is responsible for the communication between the clients and the wider team, taking a holistic view of the accounts and the big picture.

You will be confident and articulate, enjoy strengthening relationships and working with all level stakeholders and key decision makers.

Your versatility and experience in an agency will allow you to thrive under pressure and manage competing demands within a deadline driven environment.

Working in a team environment you will enjoy contributing to the wider discussions and share your skills and experience – to help grow the client service team into a strong band of technically solid relationship and project managers.
